This solution has been tested, fix Oppo F1S (A1601) dead and only vibrate, downgrade from Marshmallow to lollipop without IMEI corrupted. We will explain the complete steps how to repair Oppo F1S dead only vibrate and easy understanding.

First, download firmware below after that extract them all. There are 2 folder after you extract them.
Execute first folder (A1601_step1) flash normally (with download option) and if necessary just do safe format before.

If the first step was success now, its time to continue to second step. Open (A1601_step2) folder and execute DownloadTool_1612.8.exe. Scatter will automatically open and now select third options in download mode, and type password: oppodeve (see below picture)
